This is a 7-week program for recovery - centered on the Writing to Reckon Journal. Weekly Zoom sessions, covering stages of recovery, provide companionship, accountability, and support. Participants work at their own pace and can connect safely and confidentially with fellow participants online through Slack. Sessions include sharing, feedback, and recovery discussions. The program includes a signed journal copy and/or PDF. In this supportive journey, you write alone but within a supportive context.
